“This week, the leaders need to step up where leadership is needed,” Whittingham said. “When the leadership comes to the forefront is when you have adversity and challenging times. You don’t need a bunch of leadership when everything is going great. We need a bunch of leaders to step up this week, and my guess is they will respond.”
