Everyone who has flies as a commercial airlines passenger has stories about experiences with the Transportation Security Administration. Indeed, the Super Bowl, held in Atlanta this February, is the most popular event to travel to via private jet. And while passenger posts on social media can certainly be a gauge of their feelings or intentions, the thought of reading passenger social media brings up Orwellian nightmares. A bill to allow TSA officers to vet foreign visitor’s social media accounts was introduced in 2015, but to date has gone nowhere. Adding security add scosts, and the last thing the start-ups want is to alienate their customers with time-consuming security checks.
