Chiranjeevi is shooting for Khaidi No 150, the remake of Tamil film Kaththi, his son Ram Charan is remaking Thani Oruvan in Telugu as Dhruva. Pawan Kalyan too is currently shooting for Katamarayuda, which is the Telugu remake of Veeram. Reports also suggest that the shooting of the film is expected to take off once Pawan wraps up Katamarayuda. In Katamarayuda, Pawan will be seen as a Rayalaseema factionist. Produced by Sharrath Marar, the film has music by Devi Sri Prasad, who composed music for the Tamil version as well.
