It’s called Bask-It Style. “They’re on my list now.”The interesting thing about Bask-It Style is that its entire mandate is to gift expensive things to the people least in need of being gifted them. But of course the wine isn’t for Ryan Gosling. But maybe, maybe, his assistant will pour him a glass after rifling through the hotel room’s accoutrements one evening, and perhaps, perhaps, someone will photograph Ryan Gosling drinking it. What’s so remarkable about Toronto’s sprawling film festival is that it’s able to happily accommodate both.
