MANILA, Philippines — A member of the Aegis Juris Fraternity has come forward to be a witness in connection with the fatal hazing of Horacio "Atio" Castillo III. Ferdie Benitez to signify his intention to be placed under the Witness Protection Program. The justice chief said that Ventura detailed his knowledge from when Castillo was a neophyte until he was brought to the hospital. The justice chief also explained that, once Ventura is placed under the full provision of the WPP, the fratman may be removed from the list of respondents in the case. The justice chief said that Ventura said that he is ready to face the consequences of his actions.
