File photoGAZIPUR, Feb 4, 2026 (BSS) - Commerce and Civil Aviation and Tourism Adviser Sheikh Bashir Uddin today visited the tortured domestic help, 11-year-old Mohana, at the Gazipur Shaheed Tajuddin Ahmad Medical College Hospital. During the visit this evening, the Adviser inquired about the child's physical condition from the doctors and instructed the hospital authorities to ensure the highest level of medical care. Addressing the child during the visit, Sheikh Bashir Uddin offered words of comfort, stating, "Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus himself sent me to look after you. The Commerce Adviser was accompanied during the hospital visit by D. Humayra Sultana, Additional Secretary of the Ministry and Managing Director of Biman; Mohammad Alam Hossain, Deputy Commissioner of Gazipur; and Dr. Aminul Islam, Director of the hospital.
