Adobe Systems Inc. is trying to figure out what makes its 18,000 employees happy. Apparently it’s on the right track. Adobe scored the fourth-highest rating in the employee engagement and development category of the Drucker Institute’s Management Top 250 list of the most effectively managed U.S. companies.
