According to SWS, the 12-point decline was reportedly due to declines in the net satisfaction scores in Balance Luzon, Mindanao, and Metro Manila combined. In the Visayas, the Administration maintained its net satisfaction rating of “very good” +57 from September 2017 to March 2018. The net satisfaction rating slipped from “excellent” to “very good” in Metro Manila at +58 in March 2018, down by 13 points from a record-high +71 in December.
