Aditya Sachdeva, a class XII student, was shot dead allegedly by Rocky Yadav in Gaya district on May 7The bail petition of Bindeshwari Prasad Yadav, father of Rocky Yadav who is a prime accused in the Aditya Sachdeva murder case, was rejected by a local court on Tuesday. Meanwhile, a District and Session Judge sought the case diary and proceedings of the lower court in connection with the bail plea of Manorama Devi. Mr. Yadav and his wife JD (U) MLC Manorama Devi’s bodyguard Rajesh Kumar were arrested on May 8 for allegedly helping the accused escape. He was arrested on May 10 from his father’s mixer plant located at Mastpura village.
