Nimra Savanghan is a mother, who, while working as a freelance writer, had the inspiration to begin writing children’s books. Savanghan told us that she has always had a love for mystery, so she worked an element of mystery and suspense into her books. One day, she hopes that she will be able to write a mystery series for kids. “I would really like to explore more parts of Sri Lanka, and then turn it into a series of mystery fiction books.”For her, the beginning of a story, when an idea forms, is a magical moment. She has dreams of establishing a series and told us to keep an eye out for her next instalment.
