GEORGE TOWN: With no sign of Covid-19 cases going down and sensing another round of movement control order likely to be enforced, Khaliliah Abdul Halim adjusted her Hari Raya Aidilfitri preparations accordingly since two months ago. The 38-year-old teacher said she started shopping for Raya clothes and shoes for her family in March. Expecting another round of MCO to be enforced during Hari Raya, Khaliliah said she also suggested to her siblings that their 71-year-old mother spend Ramadan and Hari Raya with one of them. “Luckily for me, I managed to be home with my mother during the first MCO and we celebrated Hari Raya together last year. “Online teaching has been smooth for me as a teacher and my children are adapting well with learning online too, ” she said.
