Adama City beat Sidama Coffee 2-1 Sunday and Ethiopia Coffee defeated Shashemene City by the same scoreline. Sidama Coffee came into the second half fighting and Desta Yohannes pulled one back for them in the 52nd minute to make it 2-1. Adama's 2-1 win moves them up to fifth on the log above St George, with Sidama Coffee in 12th place. Shashemene City managed to hold Ethiopia Coffee at bay for 70 minutes before they cracked under the pressure. Shashemene City face a relegation battle with only 13 points earned thus far and languish in 15th place while Ethiopia Coffee move up to fourth place with 41 points.
