Twenty-eight infected in acute gastroenteritis outbreak at police training institute in Wong Chuk Hang. An outbreak at a police training institute in Wong Chuk Hang has been confirmed as acute gastroenteritis, the Department of Health's Center for Health Protection said today. The center said a total of 17 male and 11 female trainees were affected, aged between 20 to 36. They were said to have developed abdominal pain, vomiting and diarrhea since January 5. Officers of the center conducted a site visit and the institute has been put under medical surveillance.
