The actor’s career was overshadowed by substance abuse and legal troubles, including convictions for domestic violence and drug abuse. In 2017, Sizemore was accused of groping an 11-year-old girl while on set, but charges were not filed. Despite his struggles, Sizemore continued to work in low-budget productions, and also appeared on reality TV shows like Celebrity Rehab. He is survived by his two teenage sons and brother.
