Almost two weeks on from a horror crash actor James Rolleston remains in a stable condition in Waikato Hospital's intensive care unit. And those close to the actor said it was "a waiting game" to see how well he would recover. Another young man, who Howe previously described as being "best of buddies" with Rolleston was also hurt in the crash, however not seriously. The actor was set to be the male lead of the production. Earlier this week it was revealed a movie based on the Maori love song Pokarekare Ana had been put on hold after Rolleston's crash.
