Amazon.com founder and chief executive Jeffrey P. Bezos has been an outspoken supporter of LGBT rights and is considering where to add 50,000 jobs. Bezos has been an ardent defender of gay rights for years. Some additionally restrict adoption rights for gay couples, bar transgender people from using the bathrooms of their choice or have banned cities from instituting equal rights protections of their own.
