Gym trainer Brandon Lee, 27, said he keeps active by doing home workouts with whatever equipment he has. Consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist Dr Sharifah Halimah Jaafar said cleaning and redecorating one’s house was exercise itself. “There are many online exercises like planking, stretching and Tabata burpees which are helpful for the whole family. Another doctor said Malaysians could always exercise in the comfort of their homes during the MCO period. “I would do stretching and other simple exercises in my clinic during short breaks.”Dr Khoo reminded people to do warm ups and stretches.
