Acting chief justice Md Abdul Wahhab has said he is certain that Chief Justice SK Sinha is at home. He made the statement while hearing a petition filed by Supreme Court Bar Association President Zainul Abedin seeking information about the whereabouts of the chief justice. The president also granted Chief Justice SK Sinha’s application for a month’s leave on health grounds from October 3 to November 1.
