Acid attack survivor Laxmi Aggarwal will be globally representing the many women who have been subjected to physical, mental and emotional torture at the hands of gender violence as she walks the ramp during the upcoming London Fashion Week. The prestigious fashion week in London will be held from September 16 to 20 this year. The 26-year-old native of Delhi walked the ramp for a charity event in London on Monday along with Adele Bellis, a 24-year-old an acid attack survivor from Suffolk in the UK. The ramp walk – organised by GMSP Foundation London – was for raising awareness about violence against women,” said Vasini Sharma, a member of the Stop Acid Attack campaign and an official at the Sheroes Hangout in Lucknow.
