Two men accusing former Fox News analyst Andrew Napolitano of sexual assault have dropped their lawsuits against him, and his libel suit against one of his accusers has been withdrawn as well. Neither side in the litigation is saying whether any cash changed hands as part of the withdrawal of their cases.
