Stand them aside. Until Thursday, I believed players such as the Dragons' Jack de Belin, currently facing a charge of aggravated sexual assault, should take it upon themselves to stand aside until the case is finalised in court. If you are charged with a serious crime you should stand yourself aside. But we should also expect them or their organisation to ensure they stand aside pending the outcome.
