A man accused of possessing oxycodone and Dilaudid for the purpose of trafficking has won a landlord-tenant dispute against Premier Dwight Ball and his daughter. 'Happy' with getting compensatedHearings were held in March with the residential tenancies board over the dispute. Dwight and Jade Ball have been ordered to pay $4,820 to Jarrett Cody and Kaitlyn Skinner. "[Jade Ball] told us to be out of their house by a certain date and we were supposed to go up there and get all our missing things," Skinner told CBC News Friday afternoon. Premier, daughter listed as landlordsSkinner and Cody lived in the top apartment of a home on Argus Place in Airport Heights from August 2015 to January 2016.
