Nygard denies the allegations, saying the women are lying and are part of a vast criminal conspiracy to destroy his reputation. Telek filed a lawsuit against Dyborn, a niece of Nygard, in November 2020. He said the woman was asked to say Nygard was "nothing but a gentleman." Dyborn and Tulikorpi are among a handful of former employees who have been publicly accused of enabling their former boss. The photo appears in a civil lawsuit filed in New York on Nov. 12, 2020.
