An accounts manager died on the first day of his holiday with the Foxtons tycoon's family when he was thrown from a banana boat in Portugal. Their fun however, quickly turned to panic when they realised 'one was missing' and Mr Chapelow never resurfaced. 'I heard Emma from the boat say 'Richard, Richard. Mr Mayanard dived into the water four times, but said he could not see anything that he could link to Mr Chapelow. 'Richard Chapelow died an accidental death, an accidental death be what will be recorded in our record.'
