Analisa Elstob - a chartered accountant with 20 years’ experience in global risk management - has been appointed for a four-year term to the Audit and Risk Subcommittee. Elstob is a director of the Canterbury Cricket Association and chairwoman of its finance, audit and risk committee. "It’s a real positive for the district to have someone of such a high calibre of experience and skills coming on board to support us,” he says. "Ms Elstob will bring a fresh and independent view to the subcommittee.
