Chima Azubuike, GombeThe Gombe State House of Assembly has elected the member representing Yamaltu Deba West, Rt. Abubakar Sadiq Ibrahim, as Speaker for the sixth Assembly. Ibrahim was nominated for the post by Musa Buba, (APC Balanga constituency) and seconded by Abdulahi Abubakar of Akko West constituency. Meanwhile, Shuaibu Adamu Haruna, from Kwami West constituency, also emerged the deputy speaker.
