New Reform chairman Dr David Bull says it is "crucial" party does well in Scotland, insisting the country has "been ignored for a long time". Bull made the comments at an event in Perth, where he also shut down any prospect of a new independence referendum under Reform. He said, The Times reports: “It’s absolutely crucial we do well and win in all parts of the Union, because we are a pro-Union party. It comes as Nigel Farage, who Bull described as the "Heineken of politics", is set to announce a new "Robin Hood" policy. Under the policy, The Times reports, UK residents whose permanent home is abroad and who take up the £250,000 option would then not be taxed on wealth, income or capital gains earned overseas.
