The Maharashtra Anti Terrorism Squad (ATS) on Friday arrested an absconder who was booked in 2014 in an Arms Act case. The accused has been identified as Akbar Idris Khan, a history-sheeter. According to the ATS, they arrested Shivanand Pande in January 2014 in illegal possession of firearms and magazines from Byculla's Gloria Church. We managed to lay a trap and arrested him," said an ATS officer. More than 11 cases have been registered against Khan, the ATS said.
