The king and queen cheer for the "Bud Knight" as the joust begins, but that happiness turns to shock as the Bud Knight is unhorsed, then to horror as his opponent strides over to him and crushes his skull. The Bud Light "medieval" ads, having aired since 2017, are the opposite end of the spectrum. Everything is silly in this medieval world, from the dress of the characters to the nonsensical "Dilly Dilly" catchphrase.
