The Dons have pulled out all the stops to sign the Derby County midfielder and he will move to Pittodrie on a two-year-contract next month. The 32-year-old had a host of offers but has decided to return to Scotland and make the move to Pittodrie. Bryson knocked back a contract extension at Pride Park and a rival offer from Championship new boys Luton Town. Frank Lampard was keen to keep Bryson at Derby County but Chelsea pursuit of their club legend to become their next manager proved to be a major bonus for Derek McInnes.
