Photo : CollectedDHAKA, Feb 5, 2026 (BSS) - Valiant Freedom Fighter Abdus Salam, Adviser to the BNP Chairman and Chief Coordinator of Tarique Rahman's Election Management Committee for the Dhaka-17 constituency, today sought vote for 'Sheaf of Paddy' symbol to ensure BNP's victory in the polls for taking the country forward. Abdus Salam said BNP's victory must be achieved through collective efforts, as this victory is extremely important for the country and its people. Speaking about the overall situation of the country, he said a certain quarter wants to push the country backward, while the BNP always thinks for taking the country forward. Abdus Salam said in every critical moment, the BNP stood by the people and provided successful leadership. Later, during another crisis, Begum Khaleda Zia also led the country out of that situation, he said.
