KOTA KINABALU: Datuk Seri Abdul Rahman Dahlan (pic) wants Sabahans to deliver a strong mandate for Barisan Nasional in the coming general election to ensure that the state has a strong standing. When that happens, Sabah does not want to get left behind," he said after a luncheon with Catholic church leaders here on Sunday. "I am not telling you to vote for Barisan – instead, I am saying vote for political stability," he said. Abdul Rahman also said that he would include local church leaders in a consultative council in the Sepanggar parliamentary constituency to be set up soon. Also present at the luncheon was Sepanggar Barisan chairman Datuk Yakub Khan.
