Manchester United's Aaron Wan-Bissaka has been banned from driving for six months and fined £31,500. On Monday, Wan-Bissaka also pleaded guilty to failing to provide driver details for two speeding offences in Bradford, Yorkshire, in September 2020. Wan-Bissaka's lawyers described the full-back as in a “state of complete ignorance" with letters of the offences sent to his former Croydon address. However, he explained that the property was undergoing refurbishment when the letters were sent, and it was subsequently let out. Wan-Bissaka was banned for six months, and Judge Begley advised the footballer to reflect upon his actions.
