Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray's son Aaditya Thackeray, who is all set to contest his debut election from Worli constituency in the upcoming Maharashtra assembly polls, may file his nomination on October 3. Prior to this, earlier members of the Thackeray family including Bal Thackeray, Uddhav Thackeray or Raj Thackeray, have never contested elections. Meanwhile, Shiv Sena may announce on Monday (today) that Aaditya Thackeray will contest forthcoming assembly election from Worli seat in Mumbai. Sources have stated that the post of Deputy Chief Minister is likely to be considered for 29-year-old Aaditya Thackeray. The BJP and Shiv Sena contested 2014 state assembly elections separately after they failed to arrive at a seat-sharing formula.
