Canadian teenager Felix Auger-Aliassime recovered from early hiccups to down Bosnian qualifier Damir Dzumhur 6-7 (5), 6-2, 6-2 on Tuesday in the opening round of the Open Sud de France in Montpellier. Auger-Aliassime, the tournament’s fifth seed, blew an early lead in the first set and dropped two points on his serve in the tiebreaker. But he quickly regrouped, not facing a break point in the second set and then saving four of the five he faced in the third. Ramos-Vinolas did not face a break point in the first set but had to work harder in the second. The second tiebreaker remained tight until he claimed the final two points for the match.
