Court may indict accused in hate speech case on July 13KARACHI: A special anti-terrorism court (ATC) ordered the witness, Inspector Shakir to appear in the court with the case documents on the next hearing of Naqeebullah murder case. Investigation officer of the case, Dr Rizvan and witness, Inspector Shakir, also appeared before the court to record their statements. As Inspector Shakir did not bring the entries of the case, the court ordered him to appear in the court with the case documents on next hearing and adjourned the hearing till July 4.
