KARACHI: An anti-terrorism court on Saturday extended the physical remand of nine suspects allegedly involved in the murder of a young couple who had contracted free will marriage until December 11. Mominabad Police presented nine suspects before the ATC following which the officer probing the case stated that he required more time to investigate the suspects. An anti-terrorism court had issued a five-day police remand of nine suspects allegedly involved in the case of ‘honour killing’. The couple had rented a house within the jurisdiction of Mominabad police station to live outside the influence of their families. On November 24, the residents of the area spotted blood around the house and immediately called the police to investigate the matter.
