ASB survey shows New Zealanders have low expectations of property pricesSTUFF An ASB survey shows New Zealanders have low expectations of property prices. New Zealanders are fast losing confidence in the housing market. ASB's latest housing confidence survey shows house price expectations have fallen for the fifth quarter in a row to a six-year low.
