A black Rolls Royce is seen arriving in the midst of a looting frenzy, with men in white hoodies getting out of the back of the car. It is not the first time a Rolls Royce has been seen in the midst of looting. Another user then retweeted his video and said: 'That's a $500,000 Rolls Royce on the right, incredible.' One witness to the organized looting was Carla Murphy, who lives in Manhattan. NYPD Commissioner Dermot Shea said Wednesday that police are 'up against organized looters' who are 'strategically placing caches of bricks & rocks at locations throughout NYC'.
