We always thought of him as our workers’ advocate in the Employers’ Confederation of the Philippines (ECOP) which he led for quite sometime,” said Gerard Seno, National Executive Vice President of ALU-TUCP. “We have high respect for Mr. Dee’s daily principle that workers should also prosper when business profits. ALU-TUCP National President Michael Mendoza said Dee understood very well why labor always petitions for wage increase every year.
