Share:Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Legislative Assembly is all set to meet today (Wednesday) to elect its Prime Minister. According to details, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has nominated Abdul Qayyum Niazi for premiership while united opposition has provided the name of Chaudhry Latif. Earlier, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) nominees Anwar-ul-Haq and Riaz Gujjar had become Speaker and Deputy Speaker of AJK Legislative Assembly. Outgoing speaker Shah Ghulam Qadir also administered the oath to the newly-elected members of AJK Legislative Assembly. The party will form a government in the region as it has managed to secure a total number of 32 seats (including reserved seats).
