PUTRAJAYA: Attorney-General (AG) Tan Sri Mohamed Apandi Ali’s position in the Pardons Board will be replaced by solicitor-general Datuk Engku Nor Faizah Engku Atek. “The process will take some time as we need to adhere to the rules set by Pardons Board. “Since he (Apandi) has issues, AG will be on leave and his roles will be taken over by the solicitor-general. “Solicitor-general has the power to run AG’s task, so she can take part in the pardons process,” he said in a press conference, today. The Pardons Board is scheduled to have its meeting tomorrow on PKR de facto leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
