Six months into a pilot program that saw the Art Gallery of Ontario revamp its pricing model to offer an annual pass that’s free for visitors 25 and under, and $35 for others, the AGO has announced the move is permanent. According to the AGO, visitors between the ages of 14 and 25 account for roughly 70 per cent of annual pass holders. “The AGO now has more combined members and pass-holders in its community than members of the Metropolitan Museum in New York.”The price level of other AGO membership levels remain the same.
