KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 25): The Attorney General’s Chambers (AGC) confirmed Datuk Wan Shaharuddin Wan Ladin’s transfer from his role as director of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission’s legal and prosecution division, but said he will continue prosecuting ongoing cases. Wan Shaharuddin’s placement in this division is suitable with his expertise and he would continue to contribute in the handling of appeal cases which are more complex and have a higher profile,” the statement said. The AGC states that Wan Shaharuddin’s transfer would not affect his ongoing cases that he handled with the MACC.
