The 2021 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) being held in Cameroon will be broadcast to 157 countries, the Confederation of African Football (CAF) has said. CAF added that beIN Sport will broadcast the tournament across North Africa and the Middle East. CAF also stated that in the UK, the BBC and BSkyB would broadcast the tournament. “The AFCON is our flagship event, not only as CAF but as Africa. “It’s a clear indication of the increasing popularity of African football around the world and shows clearly how AFCON has increased in stature and appeal to become one of the world’s biggest sporting events.”The 2021 AFCON which begins on Sunday will end on February 6.
