ADAMAS draw up best possible strategy for 2018

KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Anti-Doping Agency (ADAMAS) are in the midst of coming up with the best strategy in their mission to continue to curb positive cases of using banned substances next year. ADAMAS assistant director, Nishel Kumar admitted they are expected to face even tougher challenges next year with two major sporting events taking place. We are coming up with the best possible strategy to prevent doping and drug abuse in sport as best we can," he said. Speaking on the latest issue involving national hockey goalkeeper S. Kumar, he said that it is difficult to comment on the matter because he does not know what exactly happened. "What’s best is to always be alert and vigilant apart from following the latest developments such as next year’s list of banned substances issued by the World Anti-Doping Agency (Wada),” he explained.
