ACC Deputy Director Shamim Ara Momtaj filed the case at Dhaka Coordinated Office 1 on Tuesday. The commission launched an inquiry against Papia on February 22 over allegations of accumulating illegal wealth. Following her arrest, Jubo Mohila League, an affiliated body of the ruling Awami League, expelled Papia from the organization.
