Girish, Superintendent of Police, Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB), Bengaluru City division, was transferred on Thursday, a day after he led a team that searched the offices and residences of four senior government officials, unearthing assets disproportionate to their known sources of income. A release said Mr. Girish has been transferred with immediate effect and posted as Superintendent of Police, Administration (Headquarters), ACB. Pawar, Superintendent of Police, Internal Security Division, Bengaluru. The ACB had on Wednesday searched the houses and offices of Additional Commissioner (East zone) of Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike K.C. Yatish Kumar, Ramanagaram tahsildar N. Raghpathy, KPTCL Director H. Nagesh and Superintendent of the Directorate of Technical Education Ramakrishna Reddy.
