By Adriano MarcheseABC Technologies Holdings Inc. said Friday that it will expand its European footprint through the acquisition of Germany-based plastic products manufacturer Karl Etzel GmbH for US$95 million. The Canadian automotive parts supplier said it is has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the Etzel, a tier-1 and tier-2 supplier to the German luxury OEM market with an expertise in injection molding plastics for OEM interiors and exteriors.
