more-inFollowing an order of the Delhi High Court, the Aam Aadmi Party government has ordered the registration of BS-III compliant two-wheelers that were sold on or before March 31 this year. The apex court had set March 31 as the deadline for the sale and registration of BS-III vehicles. The deadline for production of vehicles before the motor licensing officers has already been extended to May 15. However, the direction only applies to ‘non-self registering dealers’, who cannot make online payment of sales tax.
